Sinong Senior Software Architect ang nagkakalat ng chismax sa mga kasamahan niya na ang isa niyang lalakeng kasama ay nagbigay daw ng "locket" sa isa rin nilang kasamang babae. Ngunit, noong inimbestigahan, nail cutter lang ito na ipinahiram ng babae sa lalake at isinasauli lang ng lalake noong nakita ito ni Senior Software Architect.

Sinong Software Engineer and Trainor ang desperadong nangunguha ng mga resibo sa mga table ng Kimchi para lang may maibigay?

9:30am+
Nasa office na ako, text from EI and JP (na nasa Imperial): "No work today. Come back to Imperial"... Shet! Sayang punta ko! Nagtrike nalang ako pabalik. Buti nalang nakarating ako on time, kung kailan lumakas na yung ulan at hangin. Pagdating ko doon, gising na buong team at nandoon na si Glenn. Ang saya namin kasi humingi kami ng 1 day break yesterday at natupad siya. Ang suwerte namin kasi may kuryente kami sa Imperial! Problema lang wala kaming pagkain lahat. Naubos na stock namin. Nagstare nalang kami outside the window.

12:30pm+
We packed our things and moved to another room. Grabe gamit namin (lalo na kay Ei), parang magHoHongkong kami, ang dami!! We moved to a smoking room from a non smoking room... The difference? Di puwede magluto at magYosi (for the rest) sa dati. So we called for assistance and later settled in to our new room and unpacked our stuff. We then decided to go out and buy lunch at around 3:00pm since walang nagdedeliver. Me, Owie and Glenn walked Tomas Morato despite the heavy rain and the strong winds. Desperado na kami! Gutom na kami sobra! Well, at least shakey's was open at malapit lang siya kaya nakapagtake out kami..

3:30pm+
Nagteam building kami... ang saya saya.. di lang namin napansin na umabot kami ng gabi.

8:30pm+
We all went out to get something to eat. Grabe sa labas, parang Day After Tomorrow / War of the Worlds. There's no electricity, except a few na may generator pero sobrang konti lang yon, cables lying in the streets, branches scattered on the road, 711 closed. Lakad lang kami ng lakad hanggang makakita ng open na restaurant na okay kainan... Until we saw McDo... Haha Parang Oasis sa Desert... Heaven in Hell.... Dami ngang tao at mainit kaya naisip nalang namin kumain sa Imperial.

I decided to rest since I didn't feel well all of a sudden. I used the time to catch up on my sleep since I have been sleeping late the past couple of days. Buti nakapagpahinga lang ako konti ngayong araw.


September 29, 2006

I woke up not feeling well. My colds and cough are worse now and I feel like I'm gonna be sick. The others went ahead to the office while I had to get a tape recorder from Bianca (Kaingin) this morning for our client meeting later. Since I thought it was near, I just walked to her place from Imperial and later felt so tired coz I wasn't feeling well and because of the heat. My energy level dropped when I reached the office and I felt like I was gonna faint. Then the guards said that the elevators were closed and we had to take the stairs. Dahil di ko na kinaya, I just stayed down stairs and waited... The team just decided to go down to have lunch since the generator gave up in the office. We're back here (since 2:00pm) and since the security's down..... meebo! friendster! etc...

K&P are Back!

Really happy now coz my grandparents are back! My brothers and I haven't seen them since 2002 (first year college for me). We're all touched since it's really hard for them to travel now and they did everything to see us again even for just a short while. Although they're old and weak now, they're both still the same. Popo (my grandmother) would quietly put money in one of her hands, then reach out to our hands and say, "don't tell kongkong (my grandfather)". My grandfather still brings whatever electronic gadget that pleases him (he even got us a SanDisk 1 GB flash disk!!!)

09.18.2006 Dinner

Well, since they're back, my brothers and I will be eating out a lot because our relatives will be inviting them for dinner (and since they want to spend a lot of time with us, they'll be bringing us along...Yey!) hehe. We'd also want to spend a lot of time with them since they'll only be staying here for 3 weeks coz my grandfather has to undergo medical check-ups.

Although they'll only be staying here for a short while, we're really, really thankful coz we were given the chance to be with them again. =)

Senti sa Casa =p

I'm back at Casa, my ADMU barkada's "old" headquarters, working on some documents that I need to finish by tomorrow... I'm using our whiteboard again to map some stuff (like what I used to do in our barkada's thesis project), the conference table for all the scattered papers I need in doing the document, etc... It really brings back old memories whenever I come back here. I miss the group, staying here almost everyday (or every night) after school to work on our thesis or just to hang out... our "kagaguhans", overnight bonding, 711 midnight snacks, bridge breaks, study groups, wake up music (Mr. Brightside na todo volume), etc. etc.

Casa looks boring and dead now. Well, cleaner but boring (all male cast in the group = dirty place). Still, I'm happy coz although things are changing and we're all moving on, the group's still in touch with each other until now. We just celebrated my birthday and TJ's and we're formulating an RRLS (round robin libre scheme) so that we can meet almost every or every other month. I'm really glad how things are going coz some groups dissolve when they're not classmates anymore. I just hope we stay this way... =)

Two new members have been added to the Subordinates Division of "the" Team. If "the" SBMF thinks that four is too much, how will he survive with two more members joining the division??? Or rather, can he, "the" SBMF??? Who will prevail? It's a tough competition between "the" SBMF and "the" Subordinates... wait is it really tough for "the" Subordinates??? Watch out! We're stuck inside ABS-CBN's 8th Flr... The rest of the team lost their internet access already because the team shares the same account and apparently, im using a different one (the one we used in the 13th flr)... so im the only one who has access now.... but im gng to lose it also because JP's downloading Oracle9i lite... di pa kami nakaka-kain, 2 taga-ABS nalang ang nandito, pag nauna silang umalis, di na kami makakalabas dahil wala kaming access card... nasa labas pa naman ang banyo... nasa labas din ang pagkain... Si SBMF nandoon, may kausap sa phone... acting clueless to the fact that his subordinates are dying of starvation (not hunger)... hunger would be an understatement... post ko na ito... 5% nalang, mapuputol na.... baka di ko mapost... give up na.. white flag... babay outside world... bye cruel world... mawawala ang team namin...

Now An Anime Fan

May sakit ako... na-aaddict ako sobra sa anime! Kasalanan ni Kuya Esti ito dahil dinala niya ako sa 2 Rats sa Ali Mall at palagi niyang kinukwento ang Evangelion... In just less than a month, I've watched Princess Mononoke, Fushigi Yugi OVA (though I hate the voices that translated it), Apple Seed, Zero no Tsukaima and now, I'm finishing up Full Metal Panic Season 1 (astig ito!). At least team mates ko mahilig din sa anime at sila nagdodownload kaya kuha lang ako ng kuha at hindi na kailangang bumili... Still, I've been trying to get Ghost in the Shell 1 The Movie (coz I can't watch my Ghost in the Shell 2 without watching the 1st one and people really say it's good) and Spirited Away (same director with Princess Mononoke). I really hope I can get these two movies soon!

Kaya ayun, new interests... I not only collect ordinary DVD movies/series now but also anime... Well, monday nanaman bukas... next weekend na ako makakanood uli bcoz I have deadlines this week... September na... Countdown na til the people im waiting for arrives... Yey! Really excited! Sana dito talaga sila sa birthday ko coz that would really make my bday "less lonely"... =)
